32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING T~E M~YOR AND THE CITY MANAGER TO DO <br />W~AT~:VER IS NECESSARY TO APPLY, PROCESS, EXECUTE AND IMPLEMENT <br />AN ECONOMIC DEVELOP~LENT PLANNING PROCESS AND PROGARM. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth and the City of <br />Norfolk are jointly applying for ~conomic Development Planning <br />Process and Program funds. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth that the Mayor and the ,City Manager are <br />authorized to do whatever is necessary to apply, process~ execute <br />and implement an Economic Development Planning Process and <br />Program. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 22, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
