33 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC BUDGET CONFERENCE TO BE HELD <br />AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, MUNICIPAL BUILDING OF THE CITY <br />OF PORTSMOUTH, ON APRIL 29, 1975, CO~L~iENCING AT 7:00 P.M., <br />E.D.T. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 21 of Title 2.1, Code of Virginia, <br />1950 as amended, requires discussions of the proposed budget <br />of a public body to be held in public; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public is invited to attend and observe <br />without expressing their views such budget conference; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing will be held on May 13, <br />1975 whereat the public may express such views. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth that a public budget conference will <br />be held at the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building of <br />the City of Portsmouth, on April 29, 1975, commencing at 7:00 <br />P.M., E.D.T. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 22, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
