A RESOLUTION MOVING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING <br />FROM DECEMBER 1, 1975, TO DECEMBER 8, 1975, AND MOVING THE <br />REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETING FROM DECEMBER 2, 1975, <br />TO DECEMBER 9, 1975~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ the City Council meets on November 25, 1975; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Thanksgiving Holiday would permit only <br />two working days for preparation for the regularly scheduled <br />Public Hearing on December 1, 1975 and the regularly scheduled <br />Council Meeting on December 2~ 1975. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ that the regularly scheduled <br />Public Hearing of the City Council scheduled for December 1, <br />1975, will be moved to December 8, 1975. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the regularly scheduled <br />City Council Meeting of December 2~ 1975, will be moved to <br />December 9, 1975~ <br /> <br /> This resolution shall take effect from the time <br />of its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 11, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
