116 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIE~%~RS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF AUGUSTA <br />AVENUE RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH BET~EN CLIFFORD AND GRIFFIN <br />STREETS. <br /> <br /> ¥'~EREAS, James E. Harrison and Phyllis G. Harrison <br />have made application to vacate and close the hereinafter des- <br />cribed portion of a certain street, and it appearing that the <br />notice of the application and request for appointment of view- <br />ers was duly posted October 29, 1975, on the bulletin board of <br />the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board <br />of the Council Chambers of the City of Portsmouth and the bulle- <br />tin board of the General District Court, Civil Division, of the <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, that L. A. Ctark~ F. J. Bergeron, <br />Zalmon I. Blachman, James Choate and James V.
