IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Portsmouth <br />will successfully complete the project in a timely manner to <br />the satisfaction of Economic Developmenf Administration and <br />that the City of Portsmouth will promptly pay all amounts due <br />and that the City will either complete construction within <br />the amount of the approved construction line item, plus such <br />change orders as are approved by the Economic Development <br />Administration, or that the City will provide any additional <br />funds needed to successfully complete the project in a timely <br />manner. <br /> <br /> Adopfed by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 14, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
