· 12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION THAT THE GROUP HOUSING PROJECT FOR ACADEMY PARK <br />BE AMENDED AS SHOWN ON A PLAT ENTITLED "ACADEMY pARK GROUP <br />HOUSING PROJECT." ..... <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended <br />that-'.the-Group 'Housing--Project fOr-AcademY~Park· be amended <br />to authorize the relocation of two dwellings sho~ on a <br />plat entitled "Academy Park Group Housing Project Amendment <br />and Subdivision Involving Property Exchange Between Foundation <br />Boys Academy, Inc. And Portsmouth School Board" dated February <br />3, 1975 prepared by C. Raeford Eure. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission is approved to amend the Group Housing <br />Project for Academy Park as shown on a plat entitled "Academy <br />Park Group Housing Project Amendment and Subdivision Involving <br />Property Exchange Between Foundation Boys Academy, Inc. and <br />Portsmouth School Board" dated February 3, 1975, prepared by <br />C.
