97 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTiiORIZING TIiE CiTY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREE- <br />MENT WlTH SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE INSTAL- <br />LATION OF PIPES IN THEIR RIGHT OF WAY ALONG ELk~HURST LANE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the extension of Elmhurst Lane crosses the <br />grade level of railroad lines owned by Seaboard Coast Line~ <br />Such utility service is necessary to serve properties in the <br />industrial area. <br /> <br /> NO;7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager is authorized <br />to execute an agreemenn with Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company <br />for installation of pipes in their right of way aton~ Elmhurst <br />Lane. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the .Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 16, 1975. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
