A RESOLUTION APPROVING AI-lmND~4mN± NO. <br />P~;eN FOR ~'~AVER R~DE~OPh~.~ PRO~C~, PROJECT NO. VA. R-40, <br />~AT~ ~RcH, 1961". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this proposed amendment changes the use <br />of four parcels from designation of conm~ercial to semm-public, <br />and such amendment will permit church sponsored or supported <br />facilities o~ a neighborhood service nature on said parcels; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority <br />by resolution has considered and approved such amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />City of Portsmouth that it approves an amendment No. 4 to <br />the "Redevelopment Plan For Weaver Redevelopment Project, <br />Project No. Va.
