91 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH <br />TO TUE COMMISSION OF OUTDOOR RECREATION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PHASE <br />i CHURCHLAND PARK. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission of Outdoor Recreation only <br />has such funds as wiI1 alto~ fifty (S0%) percent participation <br />in Phase I of the proposed Church]and Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth may be asked to fund <br />the remainder of such project up to fifty (50%) percent. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by ~he Council of the <br />CitD of Portsmouth that it endorses the application of the <br />City of Portsmouth to the Commission of Outdoor Recreation for <br />development of Phase I of Churchland Park. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held.
