A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF REESE <br />DRIVE SOUTH OF NOTTINGHAM CONDOMINIUM. (S-76-13) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Nottingham Homes, Ltd. has made appli- <br />cation to vacate and close the hereinafter described portion <br />of a certain street~ and it appearing that the notice of the <br />publication and request for appointment of viewers was duly <br /> <br />posted June <br />of the City <br />Chambers of <br />the General <br />Portsmouth, <br /> <br />9, 1976, on %he bulletin board of the Circui~t Court <br />of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the Council <br />the City of Portsmouth and the bulletin board of <br />District Court, Civil Division, of the City of <br />Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREPORE~ BE IT P~SOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Matthew Peanort, <br />Linon Vann, A. N. Kendrick, L. A. Clark and Frank N.
