(2) That all of the recreational and emnities <br />presented on the group housing plans subject for approval <br />be provided and that the Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing <br />Authority carry through its plan to provide a five (5) acre <br />parcel for use by the Portsmouth Recrsation Depar~_ment in <br />developing a recreational center on a site south of the <br />proposed apartment project in the Mt. Hermon renewal area. <br /> <br /> (3) That existing hardwood trees no~ on site <br />be preserved and protected during construction for future <br />residents of the apartments to enjoy. <br /> <br /> (4) That a storm drainage system be installed <br /> to insure adequate drainage of storm water from the site. <br />The store of drainage systems and drainage easements required <br />to acco~m~od&te the system are provided, constructed and in- <br />-stalled in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 22, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
