paper of general circulation within the City of Portsmouth and <br />that the news media within this City and general area be advised <br />of the publication of said Planned Use Report and that said <br />Planned Use Report be made available for public inspection at <br />the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Clerk had caused the aforesaid <br />advertisement to be made, the required publicity to be given, <br />and has made the said Planned Use Report available for public <br />inspection in his office during normal business hours. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it does hereby ratify and <br />adopt the Planned Use Report as attached hereto and the expend- <br />iture of funds as detailed in said report for Entitlement Period <br />VII (July 1, 1976 to December 31, 1976), and that said report be <br />forwarded by the City Manager to the Secretary of the Department <br />of the Treasury. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manaqer is hereby <br />directed to make the certification required as specified herein- <br />above. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held June 8, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
