66 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIE~RS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF <br />H~4ILTON AVENUE WHICH LIES TO THE SOUTH OF MT. VE~O~ AVENUE <br />AND TO THE NORTH OF FP~EDERICK BOULEVARD. (S-76-18) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jean M. Davis has made application to <br />vacate and close the hereinafter described portion of a <br />certain street and it appearing that notice of hhe appli- <br />cation and request for the appointment of viewers was duly <br />posted July 16, 1976 on the bulletin board of the Circuit <br />Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the <br />City Council Chambers of the City of Portsmouth and the <br />bulletin board of the General District Court, Civil Division, <br />of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virgznia, that Harrison Miller, Louis <br />J. Leitner, A. N. Kendrick, Frank Bitisoly and Linon Vann <br />be appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion <br />of such street and to report to this Council in writing <br />whether in their opinion anyf and if anyt what inconvenience <br />would result in vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that portion of Hamilton Avenue <br />which lies to the southeast of its inter- <br />section with Mount Vernon Avenue and to the <br />north and west of Frederick Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 27, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
