67 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CO~SMITTING THE CITY OF PORTS~4OUTH <br />TO PAY TO SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY $22,162. TO <br />REPI~CE EXISTING HIGHWAY CROSSING SIGNALS AT GREENWOOD DRIVE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funds have previously been earmarked to pay <br />for the replacement of highway crossing signals at Greenwood <br />Drive in the Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, before a work shcedule is prepared Seaboard <br />Coast Line Railroad Company requests the City of Portsmouth to <br />approve this project and commit to pay $22,162. therefor. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of. the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that it approves and commits to <br />pay to Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company $22,162. to replace <br />-existing highway crossing signals at Greenwood Drive. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held July 27, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
