(c) This use permit is subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) That screening, landscaping and lighting of <br />this facility shall be in compliance with a site plan which <br />is attached hereto and made a permanent part thereof. <br /> <br /> (2) Traffic patterns entering onto %he public streets <br />of the City of Portsmouth shall be in compliance with an <br />agreement between the applicant and the City of Portsmouth and <br />such agreement being made a permanent part of this use permit. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmou%h~ Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 24~ 1978. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
