A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING THE FOLLOWING: <br />A PORTION OF SIXTH STREET BE~4EEN JEFFERSON AND NELSON <br />STREET. <br /> <br /> Portsmouth Redevelopment And Housing Authority <br />has made appltcatto to vacate, close and discontinue %he <br />hereinafter-described portion of Sixth Street between Jef'ferson <br />and Nelson Street, and it appearing that Notice of Application <br />and request for the appointmen~ of viewers was duly posted <br />Dece~tber' 22, 1978, on the' bulletin board of the General <br />District Court, civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, <br />the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of <br />Portsmouth, and the bulletin board of City Hall of the City <br />of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank Ni Bilisoly, H. L. <br />Davis, Simon'P. Arrington, A.
