41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREE- <br />MENT WITE McCORMICK COMMUNICATIONS OF VIRGINIA, INCORPORATED <br />FOR A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEmeNT AND PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />FOR THE TWIN PINES SEWER PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth desires to locate, con- <br />struct, renew and repair a sanitary sewer line across a <br />certain parcel of land owned by McCormick Communications of <br />Virginia, Incorporated as part of the Twin Pines Sewer Project; <br />and <br /> ¥~qEREAS, McCormick Communications of Virginia, Incorporated <br />is willing to permit the same under certain terms and conditions; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the terms and conditions are acceptable to the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manaqer be, and he hereby <br /> is, authorized to enter into an agreement with McCormick Com- <br /> munications of Virginia, Incorporated, granting the City a <br /> temporary construction easement and right-of-way along with <br /> a permanent easement and right-of-way for the purpose of con- <br /> structing, renewing and repairing sanitary sewer lines as <br /> part of the Twin Pines Sewer Project. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br /> ginia, at a meeting held May 27, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
