29 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE LOCATION OF THE REGULAR SCHEDULED <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON APRIL 22, 1980, TO T. A. WILLETT' AUDITORIUM <br />AT WOODROW WILSON HIGH SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, April 22, 1980, is sceduled to be a Public ~earing <br />on the 1980-81 Operating Budget, the imposition and levying <br />of taxes and fees for the purpose of raising revenue for the <br />support of govern~.en~a! operations and the public schools~ and <br />general revenue s~armng; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that a larger facility <br />for such Public Hea~ing be made available. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of %he City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that %he location of the regular <br />scheduled Public Hearing on April 22, 1980, be changed to the <br />T. A.
