urban Investment Company by deed dated March 31, 1966 and recorded in Deed Book 467, Page 350, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit' Court of the City of Portsmouth; together with the permanent right and easement to use the additional areas needed for tunnel and drainage facilities as shown on Plan Sheet 9 of the said plans for Route 264, and on Sheet 11 of the plans for Route 264, State Highway Project O264-124-105, RW-201 and Project' O264-122-104, RW-201 but solely on Project O264-124-105, RW-201, and lying on both sides of and adjacent to the centerline of the proposed tunnel from approxi- mate Station 121+76 to approximate Station 123+26 from approximate Station 125+O9 to approxi- mate Station 126-27, this being Parcel O10, and from approximate Station 127+OO to approximate Station 131+69, this being Parcel 014 and con- taining 1.298 acres, more or less, land, as shown marked in green on the said plans; together with the temporary right and easement to use the additional areas shown as being required for the proper construction of the work to be done, and containing 5.446 acres, more or less, land, and shown in orange on the said plans. Said temporary easement will terminate upon completion of the aforesaid project. CONSIDERATION: $438,936.00 in full for land, permanent easement, piers and bulkheadings, temporary easement, buildings D-3, D-4, D-5, D-6~ D-7 and D-8, chain link fencing, scatterDd gravel, one ten ton crane, all improvements thereon and anT and all damages. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execUte such documents as may be necessary to complete this transaction.
