3. The use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That the use permit is issued to Sherman <br />DeBerry Club, Inc. by Ra~mond L. Baltard, President, and <br />is not transferable to any other person or organization or <br />to any other premises or to an~ new structure erected on <br />the pr~ises and that any transfer of such use permit <br />must be recommended by the Planning Commission and approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> (b) That %he use permit would be considered to <br />be revoked if the Sherman DeBerry Club, Inc. applies for <br />or obtains a license permitting the saleof alcoholic beverages <br />or is found to be in violation of the law by permitting the <br />sale of same without obtaining the appropriate license. <br /> Adopted by the Council of tbs City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held October 28, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
