3. The following conditions are prescribed for this <br />use permit: <br /> <br /> (a) No permit shall be issued by the Department <br />of Inspections of the City of Portsmouth for construction <br />of alterations or renovation of said property or occupancy <br />thereof until plans for such construction, reconstruction <br />or alteration have been approved by the Downto~n D-1 Design <br />Advisory Committee of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> (b) All permits for construction, alteration or <br />renovation of said property must be secured not later than <br />December 31, 1980. <br /> <br /> (c) In the.event that Tidewater Biblew~ay Temple <br /> fails to obtain the reCfU±red permits and/or to begin total <br /> renovation of the herein-described property within the time <br /> limits stated in th~s use permit, the City Manager is in- <br /> structed to advise City Counc±l of the status of this permit <br /> and to recommend such modification or termination of the <br /> conditional use permit as ~ay be dee~ed appropriate at. that <br /> <br /> (d~ The property described herein shall be renovated <br /> in such manner as to provide for total use ~f the structure <br /> for the purposes specified in this use permit~ <br /> <br /> (e) That thfs use permit shall--not be transfer- <br /> able to any other oerson or church or to an~ other premises <br /> or to ~ny new structure erected on the premises and that <br /> any such t~ansfer must.be reconunended by th.e Plannin9 Com- <br /> mission and approved by tke City Council. <br /> <br /> Adooted by the'council-of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br /> at a mee'~lng h~Id August 26, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />Cit~ Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
