BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is <br />designated as the certifying officer and authorized repre- <br />sentative of the City of Portsmouth and shall provide <br />assurances and execute all s~ch documents as may be <br />required by the regulations of the Housing and Community <br />Development Act of 1974, as amended, for the approval and <br />execution of the 1981 Community Development Program and <br />~en~ents to the 1979 Three-Year Community Development <br />Plan and 1980 Housing and Community Development Proqram. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held August 26, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
