A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PLAN FOR 1981-82 THROUGH 1985-86, AND A ONE YEAR CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1981-82~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to Council <br />the Capital Improvements Plan for 1981.82 through 1985-86; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, the Citizens <br />Advisory Committee and the Municipal Finance Commission <br />have reviewed said plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, a public hearing has been held to receive <br />public comments on the Capital Improvements Plan on the <br />one (1) year Capital Improvement Program, and on the General <br />Revenue Sharing Funds included therein; amd <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has considered the Capital Improve- <br />ments Plan and the utilization of General Revenue Sharing <br />Funds and finds them to be in proper form and expressive <br />of Council policies in regard to necessary capital improve- <br />ments. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmou%h~ Virginia, %hat the aforesaid Capital <br />Improvements Plan for the years 1981-82 through 1985-86~ <br />and a one year Capital Improvement Program for 1981-82 <br />are approved ~mbjec~ to later appropriation in the ordinary <br />course of business of the City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 9, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
