(a) The applicant shall operate a service garaHe <br />or wrecker service for the dismantling of used automobiles <br />and the storage of salvaged parts in a garage and the dis- <br />posing of the remains of automobiles. <br /> <br /> (b) He is not to shear automobiles. He is no~ to <br />store automobile skeletons permanently on the property. <br /> <br /> (c) Off street parking spaces will be provided <br />sufficient for all vehicles operated by the enterprise, plus <br />one (1) space for each five (5) employees computed on the <br />greatest number of persons to be employed at any one period <br />during the day and night as required by City ordinances. <br /> <br /> (d) Ail junk a ~ <br /> utomoblles awaiting disassembly <br />and auto skeletons awaiting removal must be stored within <br />the fence compound. No temporary parking, stopping or storage <br />of junk or skeleton automobiles outside the fenced compound <br />will be permitted. <br /> <br /> (e) Screening as required in ~40-s9(b) is mandatory <br />and the use permit would be considered to be revoked if <br />construction of such fence or wall required therein is not <br />complete within ninety (90) days from the date of adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 27, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
