8O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF <br />HARBOR COURT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth has made application <br />to vacate, close and discontinue the· hereinafter-described <br />portions of Harbor Court, and it appearing that Notice of <br />Application andrequest for the. appointment of viewers was~ <br />duly posted on October 9, 1981, on the bulletin board of <br />the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the General <br />District Court of the City of Portsmouth (Civil Division) <br />and the Municipal Building of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of ~he <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that A. N. Kendrick, .Charles <br />R. Hudgins, R. E. Bruce Stewart, Harrison Miller ~hd R. <br />Irvine Smith be appointed viewers and that Ja~es Moss and <br />C.~E. Ellis be appointed alternate viewers in the event <br />one of the preceding viewers fails to participate, said <br />viewers to view the hereinafter-described portion of such <br />street, and to report to this Council in writing whether <br />in their opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience would <br />result in vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that certain parcel or portion of <br />Harbor Court designated as "Parcel 3" on <br />that certain plat entitled, "Physical Survey <br />of Parcel B-Crawford ~arbor Project", dated <br />April 7, 1981 and prepared by Robert G. <br />Addison & Associates, Ltd. <br /> <br /> Ail that certain parcel or portion of ~ <br />~arbor Court designated as "Parcel B~2'' on <br />that certain plat entitled, "Plat Showing <br />Exchange Of Properties Between Parcels A And <br />B, Crawford Harbor Project. Portsmouth, Vlr- <br />ginig For PortsmoUth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority", dated October 29, 1980, an~ pre- <br />pared by Robert T.
