WHEREAS, in the judgement of this Council it is in the interest <br />of the City and its inhabitants that the said Plan be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth: <br /> <br /> (1) That it is hereby found and determined that the Project <br />is a blighted, deteriorated, or deteriorating area and qualifies <br />as an eligible project area under Title 36 of the Co~e of <br />Virginia (1950) as amended. <br /> <br />(2) That the Plan for the Project, havinq been duly revmewed <br />and considered, is hereby approved and th~ Cit~ Clerk is <br />hereby directed to file a copy of said Plan with the minutes <br />of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Adopte~ by the Council of the City of POrtsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 27, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
