2. That the use permit granted Tidewater Bibleway <br />Temple on August 26, 1980 to operate a church or house of <br />worship on the property described therein and known as 504- <br />510 High Street shall be amended as provided in Paragraph 3 <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> 3. The following conditions are prescribed for the <br />use permit as amended: <br /> <br /> (a) The conditions contained in Paragraph 3(a), <br />(c)~ (d) and (e) of the use permit granted on August 26 <br />1980. ' <br /> <br /> (b) Ail permits for construction, alteration or <br />renovation of said property must be secured not later than <br />February 1, 1982. <br /> <br /> (c) That the certificate of occupancy will not be <br />issued until all permits for construction, alteration or re- <br />novation~ includin~ exterior permits be obtained along with <br />submission of drawings and contractual agreements. <br /> <br /> (d) That all construction, alteration or renovation <br />must be performed to the specification of the Code and be <br />approved by the Department of Inspections, and 5hat the use <br />permit would be considered to be revoked if all construction, <br />alteration or renovation, including exterior construction, <br />alteration or renovation, be completed no later than February <br />!, 1983. ~ <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held October 13, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
