(3) This use permit is approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> (a) Upon approval of this use permit, the applicant <br />will apply with the Building Inspector's Office for a Fire <br />Prevention Inspection and must comply with all codes, ordinances <br />and recommendations as set forth through this inspection. <br /> (b) Upon approval of this use permit, all plans and <br />specifications for the construction, reconstruction or <br />alteration of the property must be submitted for review <br />and approval by the Planning Staff and Building Inspector. <br /> (c) All permits for construction, alteration or <br /> renovation of said property must be secured not later than <br /> November 1, 1981. <br /> (d) That the structure meet~ all City Code require- <br /> ments of a place of public assembly during the time it is <br /> authorized to operate as a house of worship, and that all <br /> such. improvementS required by said Code be completed prior %o <br /> the use of the property as a place of worship. <br /> (e) That the use permit is issued to Reverend <br /> Robert G. Tt~ompson and the Portsmouth Baptist Association <br /> and is not transferable to any other person ~r church or <br /> any premises or to any new structure erected on the premises, <br /> and that any transfer of such use permit must be recommended <br /> by the Planning Commission and approved by City council. <br /> (f) The maximum number of persons occupying this <br /> facility at anyone time, combining both counselling and <br /> worsb_ip services, will not exceed that number specified <br /> by the Building Inspector's Office in their Fire Prevention <br /> Application. <br /> (9) The operation of this facility wilI only be <br /> between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 5:00 p. m. seven (7) <br /> days a week. <br /> <br />at <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />a meeting held August 25,.1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
