3. This use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That the applicant will comply with all codes, <br />ordinances and regulations of CommercialC-2 Zoning District <br />requirements relating to the construction of a House of Worship. <br /> <br /> (b) That the use permit will be considered revoked <br />unless b'~ilding construction permits are issued and construction <br />of the r~ovations to the present structure on the property as <br />a temporary church'facility are under way within one (1) year <br />from the date of the ~pproval of this application. <br /> <br /> (c) That the use permit will be considered revoked <br />unless building permits are issued and construction of the <br />new total church facility is under way within two (2) years <br />'from the date of the approval of this application. <br /> <br /> ~d) That this use permit is issued to the Healing <br />Templ~e Pentecostal Church and is not transferrable to any <br />other persons or entity. <br /> <br /> (e) That site plans and landscape plans for the <br />renovation of the present structure located on the property <br />and for the new church f~cility to be constructed on the <br />property shall be ~ubmitted ~o the City Engineer and the <br />Director of Planning for final approval. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held June 22, 1982. <br /> <br />Tes~e: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
