3. This use permit Ks approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a~ The property shall be used for a facility for <br />cutting, slicing, grinding, processing and packaging of meats, <br />wholesa!e~ distribution and retail sales on the premises. <br /> <br /> (b) The applicant shall meet the requirements for <br /> the meat processing plant, as set forth by the Department of <br /> Federal ~eat and Poultry Inspection of the U. S.
