3. The following conditions are prescribed for this <br />use permit: <br /> <br /> (a) That a minim~m of six (6) parking spaces will <br />be provided in the existing lot to the west of ~he building, <br />and such parking facilities will be built in accordance with <br />the requirements for parking lots promulgated by the City <br />Engineer for 'the City of Portsmouth~ Virglnia. <br /> <br /> (b) That any exterior sign must be reviewed and <br />approved by the City Planning Office before being installed <br />and any such sign must comply with all ordinances~ policies <br />and regulations of the City of Portsmouth applicable to signs. <br /> <br /> (c) The use permit <br />Community Services Board and <br />person or entity. <br /> <br /> is issued to the Portsmouth <br />is not transferable to any other <br /> <br /> (d) The applicant shall comply with all statutes~ <br />ordinances, policies and regulations of federal~ state and local <br />governments that may be applicable and shall have obtained all <br />necessary licenses and permits required for this use~ <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia~ <br />at a meeting held January 12~ 1982. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
