(c) Should this use operate as caring for children <br />on a regular basis, all state and local codes applicable to <br />childcare centers must be met. <br /> <br /> (d) The proposed 60' x 40' fence play area must be <br />adequately screened either by a wooden stockade fence or suit- <br />able landscaping so as to buffer adjoining residences.
