39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOIi~ING VIE~rERS FOR THE CLOSING OF' A' PORTION <br />OF HARBOR STRE~_.~ <br /> <br /> WHF~R~.AS, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority <br />has made application to vacate, close and discontinue the <br />hereinafter-described portion of Harbor Street, and it appear- <br />ing that notice of application and request for the appointment <br />Of viewers was duly advertised according to law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, that A. N. Kendrick, James Moss, <br />Howard L. Da~is~ Clinton J. Fortune and James Linehan be appointed <br />viewers and that SL~on P.
