BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that the members of the Commission <br />shall be appointed by the City Council and shall consist of <br />two (2) ~epresentatives of each of the City's Public High <br />Schools, one (1) representative of each of %he 'City's Public <br />Junior High Schools, and one fl) representative of the City- <br />wide Student Cooperative Association; and that the Youth <br />Advisory Corm~ission shall be directly responsible to the <br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, and through the Council, <br />to the citizens of this City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held September 27, 1983. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
