storage of junk or skeleton automobiles outside the fence <br />of the compound area will be permitted. <br /> (d) That fencing and screening shall be provided <br />in such a manner so as to screen the activities conducted <br />within the compound and vegetation or other screening be <br />used to camouflage the fence and help blend in with the <br />surrounding area. Such proposed fencing and screening shall <br />be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department prior <br />to the commencement of operations permitted by this use permit. <br /> (e) That the applicant shall assure compliance <br />with the conditions contained in a resolution granting said <br />applicant a use permit to operate a junkyard at the adjacent <br />property designated as 703-705 Jamestown Avenue, and that <br />revocation of said use permit granted on June 22, 1982 shall <br />constitute grounds for the revocation of this use permit. <br /> (f) This use permit shall expire on June 30, 1987. <br /> (g) This use permit is issued to Earl J.
