(b) The building shall meet the approval of the <br />Building, Fire and Health Departments for a place of assembly, <br />and shall be limited to seventy-five ~75) people at any one <br />time; provided, however, that if the necessary improvements <br />are made thereto, Fire and Building Officials ~ay approve ex- <br />pansion of the capacity to three hundred (300) people provided <br />all code ~equirements for such capacity including, but not <br />limited to. parking requirements are met. <br /> (c) Sufficient parking shall be maintained at one <br /> space for each four (4) seats as required by ~40-45 of the <br /> City Code, and that the use of remote parking lots must meet <br /> the requirements of §~0-47 of said Code. <br /> (d) This use permit shall expire on March 25, 1985, <br /> and any request for extension of time must be supported by <br /> findings such as would be required if the use permit was <br /> being requested for the 'first time. <br /> <br /> (e) This use permit is issued to Olive C.
