NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia that it endorses the proposed <br />hazardous waste regulation known as Article III, Section 2.3 <br />(b). <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she <br />hereby is, directed to forward copies of this resolution to <br />the Hazardous Waste Facility Siting Board of Virginia, <br />Congressman Norman Sisisky, Senator John W. Warner, Senator <br />Paul S.
