143 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC CONFERENCE TO BE HELD WITH <br />THE PORTSMOUTH DELEGATION TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF <br />VIRGINIA AT THE BRIEFING CENTER, 3RD FLOOR, CENTRAL FIDELITY <br />BANK BUILDING ON DECEMBER 16, 1985 AT 6:30 P. M. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth and the <br />Portsmouth delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia <br />will hold its annual public conference for discussion of <br />Legislative Proposals for 1986; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public is invited to attend and observe <br />the public conference on the Legislative Proposals for 1986 <br />of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that a public conference be <br />held with the Portsmouth delegation to the General Assembly <br />of Virginia at the Briefing Center, 3rd Floor, Central <br />Fidelity Bank Building on December 16, 1985 at 6:30 P.
