WREREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth <br />recognizes the numerous hours of voluntary effort put forth <br />by many of our citizens toward these and the other youth <br />athletic leagues throughout the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the Council hereby <br />extends its congratulations to each of the All Star Teams, <br />their coaching staffs, and their numerous volunteer <br />participants who assisted in the operation of the Leagues <br />for their outstanding seasons. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held August 27, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
