(¢) Ail outdoor activities shall be conducted <br />within a fenced area and limited to the hours of 8:00 a. <br />to 6:00 p. m.. Fencing shall be installed to completely <br />enclose the play area which must contain a minimum of <br />sixteen thousand (16000) square feet. <br /> <br /> (d) Ail health, fire, and building codes must be <br />met prior to commencement of operation of the facility. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicants shall comply with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, policies and regulations of <br />federal, state and local governments and shall obtain all <br />necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (f) This use permit is issued to the Cathedral <br />of Praise Church for 715 Summers Place and is not <br />transferable to any other person, entity or location. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
