AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $400,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />RED BARN ROAD SEWAGE PUMPING STATION AND GRAVITY SEWER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($400,000.)
