AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE S150,000. FROM THE COMPUTER <br />SERVICES FUND FOR REPLACEMENT AND ADDITION OF VIDEO DISPLAY <br />TERMINALS AND MICRO COMPUTERS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($150,000.)
