AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $194,521. FROM THE <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPAIRS TO THE UPPER DECK <br />SQUARE PARKING GARAGE. <br /> <br />CAPITAL <br />OF EDINBURGH <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand <br />Five Hundred Twenty One and 00/100 ($194,521.)
