AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO REPLACE AND IMPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />EQUIPMENT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and <br />00/108 ($100,000.)
