FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM MATCHING DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR REPAIRS AND <br />REPLACEMENT OF STORM DRAIN LINES ON GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGHWAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty <br />and 00/100 ($13,680.)
