Section 24-63. Bathing, work permitted; clothing required. No Derson shall bathe, dive, jump, wade, or swim in the waters of any lake, rlve~, stream, pond, pool, fountain or othe~ waters in any park except at such times, and in such places, as the City Manage~ may designate as bathing a~eas, and unless so covered with clothing as to prevent any indecent exposure of the person. Section 24-64. Dressing and undressing. Dressing and undressing, except in bath houses, tents, or enclosed camping vehicles is prohibited in any park. Section 24-65. Entering toilet set aside opposite sex. No person in any park shall enter a toilet set aside for the opposite sex. Section 24-71. Animals at large. No person shall cause or permit any animal owned by him, in his custody, or unde~ his control, to go at large within any park unless held in leash by a responsible person, and said leash shall not exceed seven feet in length. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred (S100.00) dollars. Section 24-73. Firearms, air guns. No person, except employees or officers of the City, or on-duty law enforcement personnel of othe~ jurisdictions shall carry o~ possess firearms of any description, or ai~ guns, within any park. Section 24-77. vehicles, traffic, where p~ohibited. (a) No person shall drive a vehicle in any park or ~ec~eation a~ea within or upon a safety zone, walk, b~idle path, fire truck t~ail, service road, or any part of any park or ~ecreation area o~ playground not designated or customarily used for such purpcse. (b) No person shall drive any vehicle in any park, recreation a~ea or playground area except upon the paved roads or parking a~eas, or on such othe~ a~eas as may, on occasion, be specifically designated as temporary pa~king areas by the Director of Pa~ks and Recreation.
