Section 24-63. Bathing, work permitted; clothing <br /> required. <br /> <br /> No Derson shall bathe, dive, jump, wade, or swim in <br />the waters of any lake, rlve~, stream, pond, pool, <br />fountain or othe~ waters in any park except at such <br />times, and in such places, as the City Manage~ may <br />designate as bathing a~eas, and unless so covered with <br />clothing as to prevent any indecent exposure of the <br />person. <br /> <br /> Section 24-64. Dressing and undressing. <br /> <br /> Dressing and undressing, except in bath houses, <br /> tents, or enclosed camping vehicles is prohibited in any <br /> park. <br /> <br /> Section 24-65. Entering toilet set aside opposite sex. <br /> No person in any park shall enter a toilet set <br /> aside for the opposite sex. <br /> <br />Section 24-71. Animals at large. <br /> <br /> No person shall cause or permit any animal owned by <br />him, in his custody, or unde~ his control, to go at <br />large within any park unless held in leash by a <br />responsible person, and said leash shall not exceed <br />seven feet in length. Any person who shall violate the <br />provisions of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 <br />misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to <br />exceed one hundred (S100.00) dollars. <br /> <br />Section 24-73. Firearms, air guns. <br /> <br /> No person, except employees or officers of the <br />City, or on-duty law enforcement personnel of othe~ <br />jurisdictions shall carry o~ possess firearms of any <br />description, or ai~ guns, within any park. <br />Section 24-77. vehicles, traffic, where p~ohibited. <br /> (a) No person shall drive a vehicle in any park or <br />~ec~eation a~ea within or upon a safety zone, walk, <br />b~idle path, fire truck t~ail, service road, or any part <br />of any park or ~ecreation area o~ playground not <br />designated or customarily used for such purpcse. <br /> (b) No person shall drive any vehicle in any park, <br /> recreation a~ea or playground area except upon the paved <br /> roads or parking a~eas, or on such othe~ a~eas as may, <br /> on occasion, be specifically designated as temporary <br /> pa~king areas by the Director of Pa~ks and Recreation. <br /> <br /> <br />
