AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $40,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND AND S20,000. FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR EXPENSES RELATED TO THE <br />ISSUANCE OF $30,000,000. GENERAL OBLIGATION AND PUBLIC <br />UTILITY BONDS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Viuginia, that the sum of Forty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($40,000.) Dollars and Twenty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($20,000.)
