AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE S4,525,357. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />CAMDEN AVENUE AND RODMAN AVENUE SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT <br />PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmoutk, Virginia, that the sum of Four Million, Five <br />Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty-Seven <br />and 00/100 ($4,525,357.)
