AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $49,500. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND TO COMPLETE A MASTER UTILITY PLAN FOR <br />PORTCENTRE BUSINESS PARK PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Forty-Nine <br />Thousand, Five Hundred and 00/100 ($49,500.)
