AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $64,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR AN ENGINEERING <br />STUDY OF THE GROUND STORAGE RESERVOIR FACILITY ADJACENT TO <br />THE CITY ARMORY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Sixty-Four Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($64,000.)
